What a year! So, yeah I fell off the face of the planet and off the workout wagon for a while. I haven’t been eating as well as I should, BUT I’ve got a great handle on my portions so that has helped a lot. It has been about a month and some change since I haven’t worked out as intensely as I used to.
Nevertheless, I’ve managed to lose some more weight because I’ve been watching what goes into this body of mine. So much has happened my Tumbler fam that I didn’t want to bore you guys with a 10-page dissertation about what I’ve been up to so I decided to give you a few pics to summarize! I will be back at it tomorrow as I’m fighting an awful virus today and I can’t wait to share more achievements with you guys!
I’ve lost 28 pounds! CAN YOU BELIVE IT!?!?! I almost fell off the scale this morning!
