Avocados are key! Adding one to almost every meal certainly helps. 1 avocado has an average of 240 calories and it’s healthy fats. Have it on the side with your eggs for breakfast, toss it in a sandwich or salad for lunch, or part of your veggie intake for dinner. Hope this helps!
